- Track Selection & Limitations: Each team is only allowed to select one track. Changes to your track selection can be made up to one hour prior to the Mentoring Session on Day 2, after which tracks are locked. If a track is selected by more than 40% of participating teams, it may be closed to ensure balance and fairness.
- Attendance Policy: At least one representative from each team must be present during all compulsory sessions, including mentoring, briefing, and judging. For the Final Round, finalist teams must have at least one presenting member present during live judging. Failure to attend without a valid reason may result in disqualification.
- Disqualification: The organising committee reserves the right to investigate and disqualify teams for any failure to comply with submission requirements or official instructions.
- Late Submissions: All submissions must be made before the official deadline. Late submissions may be penalised or rejected depending on the delay's severity and impact, subject to the organising committee's discretion.
- Judging & Tie-Breakers: All judging decisions are final and non-appealable. Teams are expected to respect the professional judgment of the judges. In the event of a tie, the judging panel will determine the final ranking with particular consideration given to the solution's relevance, feasibility, and presentation. Any judge with a direct conflict of interest may be recused to preserve fairness.
